Hey there, I'm Biko - a life purpose coach and psychic medium.

At our core, we all have the power to manifest the life of our dreams. My purpose is to guide you in unlocking your magic by connecting to your inner healer to break intergenerational patterns and cycles, heal destructive patterns and embrace the life path you came to Earth for.

My journey to becoming a life coach began in the tech industry, where I worked in sales and relationship management at that time. Although I had a successful career and network, something felt like it was missing. I realised that external opinions and societal conditioning dominated my life and actions.

In 2019, during a trip to Bali, I had a spiritual awakening that changed my life forever. I discovered that there is so much more to humans and the. reason why we are on Earth. We have the innate power to create our reality. More importantly, each one of us came with a purpose to Earth, that we agreed on before incarnating. For that purpose we already carry the gifts and skills within us that are waiting to be unlocked. On this path, we are also guided by a pirit team of ancestors and spirit guides. This realization ignited a fire within me to not only fully start to embody my own true purpose but help others find and embody theirs. After becoming more aware, I felt compelled to connect also much deeper to my roots and ancestors.

Through my coaching, I combine methods from somatic healing, neuroscience, and spiritual practices, such as from the Ghanaian spiritual Akom system. My journey through self-discovery has led me to discover transformational tools to support inner child healing, harness spirituality and the guidance from my ancestors and spirit guides, and tap into the wisdom of my intuition. Additionally, I found the vast knowledge that each of us holds in the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic dimensions of our bodies.

As someone born and raised in Germany with Ghanaian heritage, having lived the first 5 years of my life in Ghana and having lived in different countries throughout my life, I understand how our identity and exposure to other cultures can impact us. We all have the potential for growth and wisdom that comes from connecting to the traditions of our ancestors.

I finally discovered through this wisdom that one of my main challenges was not listening to my intuition and fully knowing who I was. Instead, my life and actions were dominated by external validation and others' judgments. I succeed in my career; but still, it always felt that something was missing. Also, I needed more precise boundaries regarding the relationships and networks I engaged with. So the voice in me asking who I am and what my purpose in life is became louder and louder.

My coaching approach is about helping you connect to your core essence and flow and guiding you onto your unique life purpose path. I understand that we all have different backgrounds, experiences, and beliefs that shape who we are, and that's why my coaching approach is personalised to each individual.
